If only it really were just a matter of misplacing a physical, concrete object, right? relationshipEven those lost items that are near and dear to us can easily be found if we simply re-trace our steps. How do we go about re-tracing our sex life and finding the drive we once had?

If you’re a woman who once had a healthy sexual appetite, you know just how fulfilling and wonderful an active sex life can be. Chances are you recall when a simple touch on your shoulder could have you longing for more. Or, the way it made you feel all “tingly” inside just seeing how your mate looked at you when you were naked. These days you may be finding yourself actually working to get in “the mood” (and very possibly avoiding nudity altogether). Oh, if only you could re-live those very sexy and satisfying moments.

As we get older many life events occur, which have the ability to take quite a toll on our once-healthy libido. Our children grow and encounter difficult years, our jobs can be stressful, aging parents can be exhausting and let’s face it – hormonal fluctuations don’t help either.

In addition to so many events that occur throughout our lives, declining hormone levels – as early as our 30’s and 40’s – can contribute to a decreased sex drive, as well. You may be experiencing vaginal dryness, weight gain or perhaps no symptoms at all, other than a lack of interest in sex.

Believe it or not, the majority of women simply don’t feel desirable and, therefore, have little or no interest in being intimate with their partners. Who can blame them? Far too many of us are too intelligent for our own good and realize that sex is quite visual for men. In other words, a sexy body is enough to turn most men on. We

women, on the other hand, don’t operate that way. Instead, we get sexually aroused when we know that we’re desired, and the sole reason for our mate’s amorous mood. If we’re heavier than the images on television and magazines that seem to pique the interest of our partners, we may be left wondering to whom they’re really attracted. First, let me assure you that our silly “female suspicions” need to be put to rest. Don’t drive yourself crazy wondering if your mate still finds you desirable because such silliness can only lead to bad feelings and unproductive, worthless arguments. Rather, if you’re not feeling desirable, make some changes that positively impact your self-image.

Take a few moments to think back to the days when you happily shared intimate moments with your partner by surprising him with your body wrapped in sexy lingerie. Wasn’t it fun, fulfilling and sexy? The end result was likely a satisfying, shared intimacy that made you feel especially loved and close to your mate. My guess is that you would love to once again feel sexy, desirable and adored – and you can!

Like I stated earlier, you have the ability to make positive lifestyle changes that can – and will – give your self-image a much-needed boost. As a health and fitness expert, I’ve witnessed many women go through amazing transformations by incorporating exercise into their lives – and in some cases – as few as three days per week. If you want to feel sexy, have an increased libido and overflowing confidence, start doing more for your body today. You’ll be thrilled that you did – and so will your mate!
