MenopauseI've already mentioned the role of exercise and fitness during this time in your life, but what about your diet? I must admit that I'm not a diet fanatic; I've found that moderation is really the key to a successful and healthy diet. I absolutely refuse to starve myself or say "no" to something I'd really like to eat. If I happen to be craving something sweet I eat a piece of chocolate. A piece. That's it. There's no need eat several chocolates -- just stop at one (maybe two). Admittedly, eating broiled fish and steamed vegetables every single day is just not my cup of tea, which is why I simply refuse to stick to such a strict diet, and why I've included some excellent recipes for you to enjoy, as well as additional resources relating to diet

Through much dedication and research I've learned the secrets to feeling great, having more energy and beating this "age thing" and I've been so inspired by the changes I've seen in myself that I couldn't help but share these secrets with other women.
